Instructions regarding the delivery of your quilt will be detailed in an email when your quilt is accepted.

Entry fee $15.00 per quilt.
(No entry fee payable by students)
Welcome to quilt makers 2021.
After a year of COVID, Victorian Quilters Inc. looks forward to presenting the 25th Quilt Showcase. This is Victoria’s premier member’s exhibition which is held in conjunction with the Craft & Quilt Fair, at the Exhibition Centre, Southbank.
The conditions of entry and categories are designed to encourage all members – from novice to expert – to enter.
Victorian Quilters Inc. keeps this in mind and refines categories where necessary, in line with the emerging national trend, so please read the Category details here and the conditions of entry very carefully.
Please ensure you note the correct category for your entry, be aware that in viewing your Image and all the information provided by you about your quilt entry, it may be moved to another category. You will receive a telephone call to clarify the proposed change.
DELIVERY OF YOUR QUILT
Quilts to be exhibited at Quilt Showcase 2021 can be either:-
Mailed using Australia Post to: Marie Lee. PO Box 2203. Rosebud Plaza. Vic. 3939. Please wait for confirmation (email) prior to posting.
Please note: Australia Post no longer provide a COD service. The correct value in stamps must be included for your quilt to be returned to you.
Deliver personally to one of nominated Collection Points in Melbourne & Country Victoria.
Nominated Delivery & Collections Points are anticipated to be located at:

The Quilt Showcase Sub-committee is grateful for any assistance members are able to provide during our exhibition. In particular we need assistance to set up and take down quilt stands and quilts. Please contact Linda Steele if you are able to assist.
To volunteer for White Glove duty, a form will be available for submission shortly.

|October 1st||Forms for White Glove Duty to be submitted via website|
|October 4th – 11th||Quilts Delivery to Collection Points|
|November 9th||Building quilt stands|
|November 10th||Setting up Showcase|
|November 11th||Quilt Showcase Opening & Award Ceremony at 12 midday|
|November 14th||Quilt Show concludes at 4pm|
|November 15th – 22nd||Quilts to be collected from collection points|
