Help Page for Login Issues
Are you having problems logging in because the auto-generated password isn’t working?
The message containing your auto-generated password has a space after the : in the email. If you use copy and paste, PLEASE remember to only copy the password, not the space before it. The computer considers that space to be an extra character – and that is why your password isn’t working!
Can you please try the solutions below, which means your browser isn’t remembering there wasn’t a password there, this is helping most people solve their issues.
Using Chrome.
At the top right of your screen (see screenshot at right), click on the 3 horizontal dots, then select ‘New Incognito Window’ from the dropdown menu. Browse to the Victorian Quilters website again & click on login. Now that you are incognito, you simply need to enter your username and password (exactly). Please be careful not to include any spaces around the password, as they are considered extra characters.
Using Firefox.
At the top right of your screen (see screenshot at right), click the 3 vertical lines, on the dropdown menu select ‘New Incognito Window’ , then browse to Victorian Quilters website again. Now that you are incognito, you simply need to enter your username and password (exactly). Please be careful not to include any spaces around the password, as they are considered extra characters.
Using Edge.
At the top right of your screen (see screenshot at right), click on the 3 horizontal dots, then select ‘NewInPrivate Window’ from the dropdown menu. Browse to the Victorian Quilters website again & click on login. Now that you are incognito, you simply need to enter your username and password (exactly). Please be careful not to include any spaces around the password, as they are considered extra characters.
